I was eating some found that friend had prepared and left out not sure if she left it out for me but I was eating it while she went back to her room to sew. While eating, Instinctively I threw a white saucer out of my door into the night towards my gate. After I checked to see if it had hit anything and I saw the saucer broken in pieces on the ground outside the gate but there were no pieces inside the gate as I looked up the was a silver suv that was reversing to pass my house to go out. As that SUV passed I saw a darker suv older and less well kept parked across the road with people in it who were eyeing me. When I noticed them instinctively I began to run back into the house and ran to my friends room knocking on her door to get help. I heard her machine going and I also heard the people I was running from knocking and banging on my door. At that point I woke up
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Here’s a breakdown of your dream elements: 1. **Eating Food Prepared by a Friend**: - Eating can symbolize nourishment, comfort, or enjoyment. Since the food was prepared by a friend, it may represent your connection with that person and the support you derive from friendships. However, the uncertainty whether she left it for you could suggest your feelings of not being entirely welcomed or secure in certain relationships. 2. **Throwing the White Saucer**: - The act of throwing something can indicate a desire to release or let go of something in your life that you find burdensome. The color white often symbolizes purity, peace, or new beginnings, while breaking it suggests a disruption or a break from something significant. 3. **The Broken Saucer**: - Seeing the saucer broken outside the gate could symbolize a loss of stability or something you once regarded as whole. The fact that the pieces are outside could hint at unresolved problems or issues that you may be facing in interactions outside your personal space. 4. **The SUVs**: - Vehicles often represent your journey or progress in life. The silver SUV may symbolize a sense of progress or a newer path, while the darker, older SUV could represent challenges or negative elements in your life that are lingering or watching you. The occupants "eying" you suggests a sense of being judged or scrutinized by others. 5. **Running Back Into the House**: - Retreating to the safety of your home symbolizes a desire for security or comfort. It shows you recognize a threat (the people in the older SUV) and instinctively want to seek refuge in familiar surroundings. 6. **Knocking on the Friend's Door**: - Seeking help from your friend underscores your need for support and assistance when feeling vulnerable or threatened. 7. **Sounds of Machinery and Knocking**: - The sewing machine may represent creativity or productivity in your life, perhaps indicating that while you're trying to seek help or reassurance, life goes on, and tasks must still be completed. The knocking from the perceived threat emphasizes external pressures or insecurities intruding on your sense of peace and productivity. Overall, this dream seems to portray feelings of insecurity and vulnerability, particularly regarding your social interactions and personal spaces. It might reflect a desire to find comfort and support while facing external judgments or pressures. Consider reflecting on your current relationships and any stressors in your life that may be contributing to these feelings.
